YOUR USAGE OF THIS SITE CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT OF THE FOLLOWING: Rustika Cafe & Bakery makes our treats and desserts from scratch to keep them as fresh as possible for our customers. There may be times where in-store quantities are limited to a first-come first served basis. We can accommodate any online order within a 48 hour advance request. NOTE: When ordering, please do not plan on a delivery or in-store pickup UNTIL you receive a verbal/email confirmation from us based on our first-come first-served inventory process. For real-time dessert inventory/availability, special requests, or customized orders, please call us directly at: 713-665-6226 STORE HOURS Sun: 8 AM to 3 PM Mon: 7 AM to 5 PM Tue: 7 AM to 5 PM Wed: 7 AM to 6:30 PM Thu: 7 AM to 6:30 PM Fri: 7 AM to 6:30 PM Sat: 8 AM to 6:30 PM SHIPPING & DELIVERY FEES: You can always order online and choose our FREE in-store pickup for your item(s). Otherwise, Rustika Cafe & Bakery will personally deliver your online orders within the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area (Houston, Bellaire, West University, Missouri City, Stafford, and Sugar Land) For surrounding communities/cities or out-of-Texas orders, please call/email our location for delivery availability and scheduling of your catering, wedding cake, or food delivery needs. The delivery charges listed within the online store are approximate geographic areas. There may be occasions where your delivery location is outside the defined rate, which will result in a small surcharge. Rustika Cafe & Bakery reserves the right to verify delivery locations and either add a delivery surcharge or decline the delivery/order completely based on the information given. OUR PROMISE TO YOU: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of our food/products, we will issue either an in-store credit or exchange for a similar item. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
